A career spent turning benefits into business advantage.
I am a senior Employee Benefits and Well-being executive with more than twenty-five years of leadership across global insurance, brokerage and consulting organisations — including AIG, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Generali and Howden. My work sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, healthcare, and human experience: designing the programmes that protect people and the businesses that deliver them.
I build things that did not exist before. I opened AIG's Milan branch and its three core business lines. I pioneered the Flexible Benefits market in Italy in 2012, well before it became standard practice. Most recently I established Howden's Employee Benefits operation in Italy from inception, defining its strategy, commercial model and service platform, and expanding it through acquisition and integration.
I lead at scale. As CEO of Generali Welion I directed an organisation of more than 400 people across healthcare claims administration, hospital networks, telemedicine, flexible benefits and nationwide health campaigns. At Willis Towers Watson I built and led a national Health & Benefits practice of over 120 professionals, and grew a generation of consultants alongside it.
And I operate internationally. Multinational pooling, expatriate risk, cross-border coordination and matrix governance are my natural environment, supported by a long-standing network of insurers, reinsurers, global brokers and providers built across Europe and the United States.
